Lady and the Tramp

I am in need of a little help. My husband is in charge of the Lion's club Valentine dinner,he is planning on have spaghetti or another choice for dinner. My brain got to working over time and I think it would be nice to have Lady and the Tramp on a card so that the ladies will receive the card. I would like the card to say something like, this is my Valentine, space for the name. Or I already have my Valentine and again with a space to write the name. I do not have a way with words, so there maybe something out there that you awesome designers can create for me.Thank you for any ideas you can send my way

As I should know the artwork dictated the size. It's 8.5" x 3 1/3". You should be able to get 3 of them out of one sheet.
