Lady and the Tramp first edition, signed by Walt Disney

Hi all, not sure if this is the right place to post but I have just discovered a signed first edition book of Lady and theTramp by Ward Greene, with forward and signature by Walt himself and was wondering its value if anyone could help? Many thanks in advance. Abbie
