:rotfl: I keep my hair really short. Never gets to 2" in length. Basically when I get it cut it is about 1/4" long, but I definitely have hair visible. For ages I have wanted to see what I would look like 100% bald.... Maybe I would like it; maybe I wouldn't.

Only thing I do know is that my wife "says" she would hate it. But how would she know until she actually saw it?

I'm thinking about doing it just one time to see how I ( we ) like it..... maybe she will :lovestruc it! ;)

Hair does grow back, but I would warn her first.

First I would scream.

How would you feel if she shaved all her hair off without telling you?

You should definitely let her know before you do it.

Mine did. We worked together at the time and he walked in my office with his cue-ball head. I was shocked to say the least.

It grew on me though after the first couple of days. It's probably been 5 years now or so.

He's got a good head for it though. If he was an egg-head or had some previously unseen funk on his scalp, I might have caused a fuss.

:rotfl: :rotfl2: :rotfl: :rotfl2:

But that is if my Dh did it. It might look good on you give it a try if you really want to. I would only take a few weeks to grow back right.

Well, the obvious difference here is that she has seen me NEARLY bald, and it would only take 7 days to grow back to my normal length following a haircut. It might take her a year or more.

So that really isn't a fair comparison.

Personally I would be very concerned about his state of mind, it would be so out of character for him It would be right up there with him getting a tattoo. or something.

Wouldn't matter to me- its his head- I wouldn't want to have to ask permission to anyone about what way to wear my hair and I wouldn't expect him to have to ask mine either.

It's his head. He can whatever he wants with it. Of course if it looked that bad I'd have to lmao. It's just hair. It'll grow back.

Oh! This happened to me! A few years ago I went to work and DH did the same. When I got home, he was absolutely cue ball bald. I was a bit surprised but he had been hinting at it for awhile. It took some getting used to but it's happened MANY times since then (especially when his father was dying of cancer. Then it was about solidaity and I thought it was beyond cool) and I'm kind of used to finding a bald husband:lmao: I thought I was going to hate it but I don't mind. Have you tried shaving it without a blade so you have the tiniest hairs? What does she say about that?

Don't think I would ever have to worry about that since DH is concerned since his hair is thinning out. He is trying to save whatever he has left.

I would laugh my butt off and take lots of pictures. :) It is just hair. No big deal.

Nah... if I do it, I want to see the full effect. Seriously, it will take no more than 10 days to grow back to the length I normally get it cut to. My hair gets longer than I like it in about 4 - 5 weeks.

My girlfriend has done it, many times. It's not my favorite look but it grows back.

My husband has always kept his about the same as yours but then one day he shaved his completely bald. I found it really sexy. Even If I didn't though it is his head and I love him so if it makes him Happy I am fine with it.

dh shaved his head once. He was working out of state and came home bald. The youngest weren't sure who he was lol. The older kids and I all got a got laugh. I told him if I wanted to marry a cue ball, I'd of married his brother (always has his head shaved). Then the kids kept saying he looked like Uncle Henry, which drove dh crazy. Now he's threatening to shave it again. I won't be happy, but it'll grow back eventually.

My DH did this and I hate it! He use to shave it in the summer and let it grow in the winter. He keeps it shaved all the time and I really don't like it.
