On average it seemed like 24 days, which would have been yesterday for us, and today for you. Alas! Here's hoping early next week.

Figured since Monera Fin was the owner of the contract, I would close within a day of us signing. Looks like we’re gonna be a week plus. Going to be cutting very close to the 7 month window once it all hits.

Got the email from DVC that our contract is finalized and got the authorization code, but not the club ID yet, also got an email from our broker asking if I had gotten the points yet because the sellers said they disappeared today. Everyone is getting in on the anxiety I suppose.
