I was so happy that guy went home with the money! If he really does use it for the children's home he's wanting to put together, how fantastic and what a wonderful use!

Not sure about the lady with the 7 kids. I can't stop thinking about the Brady Bunch.

My favorite part is the ladies...I love seeing what they're wearing every night...as the week goes on the dresses get shorter and shorter.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to watch it tonight.
DD has a Brownie event that I'm taking her to. Dh said he will watch it for me, so I guess I'll hear what happened when we get home.
That mom is young (I think she said she is 26 ot 28?) So if she doesn't do well, she can go on another game show some other time. I wouldn't feel bad if she did well or not.
Yes, I was happy about the guy that won that amt. of money, hopefully he'll use the money like he said he would.

Yeah, Howie Mandel has been bald for awhile. I saw him on Regis and Kathy Lee (when she was still co-hosting) sometime in the late '90s ,he was bald then.
Different than the St. Elsewhere days of the '80s!

St. Elsewhere was his big role -- other than that, he's known as a stand-up comedian.

He was on St. Elsewhere in the early 80s. I remember seeing his comedy act live in the late 80s - he'd do a child character named Bobby with a really strange, high-pitched voice. (Later made into a not-very-good Saturday morning cartoon called "Bobby's World").

Becky Venable, the young sahm who was on last night, lives in CT. There was an article about her in our local paper. It was the first time she had ever applied to be on a game show, and she is quoted as saying she may try to get on other game shows in the future. She is 29, has been married 7 years, and the children are 11, 10, 8, 8, 6, 4, and 11 months. Wow! She is a gambler, too---qouted as being a regular in the casinos. I guess you'd have to be a gambler to marry a man with 4 children, including one year old twins, when you are 22!!! More daring than I'd ever be.

Howie said on Regis and Kelly that he suffers from a germ phobia. He can not stand to shake a person's hand. To hear him talk about his phobia, it is severe. Does he touch the contestants at all?

Yeah, I heard about this back in Dec when Deal or No Deal premiered.
Tho I did see Howie hug one of the contestants this past week, I don't remember who he hugged, tho.

I missed last night, also. How did that mom of 7 do? How much did she win?
