And why is this just a question for women? Is the OP male or female?

Um, actually no, you can't guarantee that every man has done this. But I think it's odd that you're so interested in women sniffing their underwear. Just sayin'.Male and I guarantee that every man has done this [except we don't even smell before (re)wearing]

I rewear clothes other than underwear, but not if they have been in a hamper with underwear. We have boys, and their underwear...![]()

Forget about boys... how about grown men?
Millions of men in the world, and YOU can GUARANTEE they all take dirty underwear out of the laundry and sniff it. So no you just have to confirm that women do it. Gotcha.Believe what you want![]()
NO. Guilt by association. If it's in the hamper, it's been contaminated.

I would bet a man would be more probable to grab a piece of dirty laundry, smell it, and put it on before a woman would. ...

Yep - that's what I was going for. Oh well, can't please everyone.

Nah - if a man is going to do this, he probably doesn't waste his time sniffing. Women care what they smell like. Men, not so much.![]()

My thoughts exactly. I don't care if something was dropped into the hamper accidentally and was perfectly clean. Once it's been in there, it isn't getting worn again until it's been washed.![]()

I was "passionate"? LOL OK. And no argumentI would bet a man would be more probable to grab a piece of dirty laundry, smell it, and put it on before a woman would. Why the passionate arguement for it, anyway?I thought it was a funny thread!
