Ladies? Blue or White??? :o)

I could never be with someone who dresses better than I do. I have a weakness for men in jeans, a t-shirt and a baseball cap. But I have no use for greasy men.

Neither. I prefer musicians, artists, writers...

Don't care if he's blue or white, just so long as he's RED HOT (like DH). :earboy2:

Shaggy blonde hair, good fitting jeans, work boots, T-shirt and a tool belt...
yum!!! :lovestruc

DH would be considered white collar but he rarely wears suits and ties...only for client meetings. He can be as rugged as any blue collar guy. DH has the heart of gold so it would not matter what he is labled. Job title and clothes is not what makes a man IMHO, I look at the bigger picture.

May not make the man, it makes me *meyow!*

:goodvibes :rotfl:

Just discussing "prefrences" and how that young-buff-man with blonde hair and blue eyes like pools of ocean water, doing th re-wiring, with his wireclippers and tool belt is very nice to look at. :teeth:

I tended to look at the person, not their job, when I was looking for a man.

DH is in management now, but very handy around the house. So I guess he's a combo blue/white.

I wouldn't like a man who needed more "product" or took longer to get ready in the AM than I do. I am pretty "wash and wear" and low maintenance when it comes to looks, hair, dress, so if a guy was all about designer duds, manicures...you know, that whole "metrosexual" thing, that would turn me off. Neat, clean, shaved, but not totally self-focused.

My Dh is an electrician and even though I think he looks handsome all dressed up to go out somewhere I think he looks "hottest" when he just gets off work in carhart jeans and a flannel shirt! So definately Blue for me.

Blue collar body, white collar mind. I don't like pretty boys, I like ugly and/or bald guys :confused3 , with HUGE broad shoulders. Got to have the shoulders, and no skinny legs. A broken, crooked nose is a plus. :rotfl: I know I'm a freak. He must have amazing math skills though, it's the only thing I don't excell at, so it impresses me, I guess :confused3 . My dh is bald, broad shouldered, with a crooked nose, and can do math in his head faster than most people can with a calculator  .I'm such a lucky girl :cloud9: . Beauty is true ;) ly in the eyes of the beholder :rotfl: .

Oops! Just reread my post and I didn't mean to say I excell at everything like some mutant brain in a jar. I just meant I'm sort of a jack of all trades kinda girl and can usually figure out how to do anything, but I really hate math! Unless it involves shopping of course  .

I can definitely appreciate both ;)

But as far as relationships go, would have more in common with white.

CathrynRose - is my DH in your office today? Stands 6'4" on a firm foundation of a size 15 workboot, 250 lbs., snug (not tight) Levi's, flannel shirt over a crisp white t-shirt, with blue eyes that look straight to his soul? Of course the obligatory hard hat, tool belt, Nextel, and most likely a set of blue-prints?

Hey, if it is - tell him I said to come home -NOW!

Blue collar for me any day!

I think I have the best of both worlds right now - my boyfriend is definitely white collar - works at a large international bank in London and dresses up in collared shirt/trousers for work. He also is very high-maintenance about his hair and usually makes an effort to dress well outside of work. But at the same time, he is VERY into cars, so spends a lot of time fixing them up, and can definitely fix things around the house as well. I guess that is how I prefer my guys - not one extreme or the other. :) So that would be a white collar guy with blue collar tendencies? :teeth:

The hottest guys for me were the fighter pilots in Green flight suits with a red squadron scarf. I called DH my Pimento! Mentioned this once to my older sister, she said it must be an aquired taste.

Second would be white collar, went to Folies Bergere in Paris and the mens routine had them dressed in 3 piece suits. Mr. Big from Sex and the city makes me go huuum. Not that i know any white collar workers like him.

My man's a total metrosexual (hey - I live in NYC - most every guy i know is...)

But he's a total sweetie :)

I'm not sure really. A fine man in a nice suit is super hot, but a fine man in a pair of jeans is too. I guess it all depends on the man, but I definitely do not like the "red-neck" look. I have to say though that I think my husband looks sexy all decked out in his paintball jersey and pants.

OT, just wanted to say you have a beautiful dog, oh and if it's male, then he's handsome ;)
