La Cantina - Anyone try it?

I know everyone is talking about La Hacienda but, is La Cantina de San Angel also open and has anyone tried it?

Is it a huge improve over the previous QS in Mexico or is it about the same?

The menu looks limited, but OK. I was hoping for tamales.

One last try...has anyone eaten at the Cantina and is it actually fresh made stuff or the frozen junk they were serving just before they shut down to remodel.

It looks like it will be good, but I’d like to hear what people think.

Sorry - I dont have an answer - my last experience there was prior to the refurb. From what the menu looks like - it looks like a more limited menu of the same thing it was before........I am hoping quality has improved though.....

Not going down for another week and a half and I think I'd be more inclined to eat in La Cava than I would at the Cantina.
