L&M rental experiences?

I just booked a rental car from L&M, who I've never heard of. Their rates are cheap, and they're in the terminal, so I went ahead and booked it (though I'll probably try Priceline a couple days before leaving and cancel L&M if I find something cheaper).

Since I've never heard of them before . . . can anybody here tell me if they've used them, and whether they're been reasonably satisfied?

I've used L&M many times without any bad experiences. Right now I have National booked for late January but will switch to L&M if their prices come down (which they have in the past).

I was a little scared because I'd read bad things about them, but we used them a few weeks ago and they were AWESOME! No line, no pressure to buy the insurance, and a gorgeous, fully loaded car with less than 10 miles on it. We already have another reservation with them.
