A couple years ago people reported bad experiences with them. I have not seen any complaints recently. I have used them 3 times and will use them again in December. They have always given me good service and there is never a long line at check in. Pick up and return was easy. Make sure you bring proof of insurance (front page of policy) if you do not want additional coverage.
