Kudos to Debbie at DCL!!

I've been reading about Debbie at Disney Cruise Line and her assistance with getting the REAS packages booked for Palo and the Spa.

Well, I spoke to Debbie today. She must get hundreds of calls on this from people like me and still, she was totally AWESOME! She took the time to be interested, warm, friendly and very accomodating. She not only helped me with my ressies but she offered to call her back if I have any questions or changes.

Does DCL cost more than other cruise lines? Maybe but if everyone on the ship is as great as Debbie was to me, it's worth every single penny! Thanks Debbie! Mike

She is a great representative for Disney! (And her voice mail even has the cool "voice of Disney" monorail man on it! How cool is that?!)

Debbie is wonderful. When I spoke with her I asked her to put us on the PLA rotation because we wanted to be at Lumiere for formal night and my daughters birthday celebration. When we got the KTTW card we were surprised to see we had APL. We were on the Halloween cruise and they change the usual formal night to the following night. Debbie switched it for us so that we would be where we wanted to be. She is so sweet and takes the time to talk to you and you never feel rushed.

She offered for me to call back and I will! I forgot to ask her to see if she could lock me into a rotation...LAP....I'd like to be in Lumière's on the first night. Anyway, I'm sure she'll do what she can! She's great...I'm glad everyone thinks so too! Mike
