I just updates the list. It is now on page 1, at the bottom of the first post. Also updated the swapper responsibilities to include the following:

*Swappers must have the fridge in their possession. This means you can't sign up for a swap if you are not staying in the room the fridge will be in. This happened last year and the person who had the fridge (not the person who signed up) wasn't aware of the swapper responsibilities, and the fridge got lost. Therefore, you cannot sign up for the fridge unless it will be in YOUR possession.

**I must have a way to contact you while at WDW. That means you must have access to a cell phone and/or e-mail at Pop and I must have that phone number BEFORE you leave. I have had more than one instance where I never got a phone number and the swapper didn't have access to e-mail while at Pop and I was not able to contact them when I need to do so. Once I had to spend a few hours tracking them down to let them know that the swapper after them had dropped out. So having access to a cell phone/e-mail at Pop is necessary to participate in this swap.

***It is no longer allowed to sign up for multiple swaps in your name. If you are going with a group of people, the person who will be in possession of the fridge must sign up for the fridge themselves. I am more than happy to include new DISers in the swap though, so have them sign up for a DIS account and let them request the fridge themselves.

I think these new guidelines will help the swap run much more smoothly for everyone. Thanks for your cooperation: )

Hi Krystal,

Sent you a PM to get involved in the swap for May 24-31, 2011. I beleive I took part of your swap back in 2008 when dkferret was moderating and everything went very smoothly. I even brought extra packing tape and wipes back then and sent them along to the next swapper as a courtesy. I also brought with me pre-printed 8 1/2 x 11 label for the next swapper. I know that these extra things are very helpful in keeping such a great swap going which is why I thought it would be good to come back to the same swap again.
