Kona Kone?

Can anyone tell me what's in a Kona Kone?

From the pics I've seen looks like chocolate ice-cream, can you substitute this?

The blue on top of the cone is cotton candy, the mickey sticking up in it is chocolate. It's a waffle cone filled with a lot of ice cream, vanilla, chocolate and maybe another flavor, I can't remember. Then there are toppings in the dishes you can add. You can see the M and M type of candies, and there was a few others and chocolate syrup. And the multicolored things on the ice cream are mickey ears-shaped candies.

It was very yummy...!
