We're interested in trying Kona Cafe for breakfast on our next trip. I've heard the coffee is great...but of course that means nothing to our three young kids. Anyone out there with young ones who can tell me what they thought? Thanks!!!!

If your kids like French Toast they could probably share an order of Tonga Toast, that might spark their interests!

They also have Mickey pancakes on the childrens' menu....very cute. One large pancake for the face and two smaller ones for the ears. A cherry for the nose and candy eyes (Skittles, maybe?) complete the picture. It comes with a choice of bacon or sausage. The kids' menu has other choices as well.

We did both breakfast and dinner at Kona with a five year old and really enjoyed both meals.

The kid's menu has enough choices that you should be able to find something that the kids like.

Our DD was 2.5 when we were at the ploy last year and got dinner and breakfast off the kids menu. I know she had pancakes for breakfast and I think grilled cheese for dinner. The place was great with her.

She was pretty happy there. Plus, the gift shop was across the way and we had my parents with us. They walked her around while we waited for the food.

We were happy with the service and the food at all of the meals we ate there.

Your kids will LOVE the tonga toast!

My husband and I LOVE a good strong cup of coffee.
We made a special trip to the Kona Cafe after reading how wonderful the coffee is.
I really didn't like the Tonga toast and the coffee was just "okay".
We like the coffee at Spoodles better.
Give it a try though, so many people love it!

Happy Holidays!
