Kona Cafe--question about the coffee?

My husband LOVES coffee. We have reservations for the Luau at 5:15pm and, after reading about the pressed pot of coffee, thought we could visit Kona Cafe afterwards. Is the coffee at the Luau the same as what's at the Cafe? What exactly is a pressed pot of coffee? This will be our first visit to WDW and I want to make it a wonderful experience for everyone and DH has always wanted to try Hawaiian coffee.

I doubt very much that it is served at the luau. DH loves the coffee. It is strong and it is $6.99 a pot and he and DS enjoyed every last drop of it at Kona for breakfast.
