Kona Cafe Menu DISpute. Need help

Long story short (and you are welcome because it is a long story), does Kona Cafe serve Filet Mignon for dinner? Some menu's online say yes but wdwinfo (http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/diningdetail.cfm?Restaurant.ID=188) says no by omission. The same is true about the Kona Kone.

Can anyone please confirm if they currently do or do not serve these items?

Not sure if it's changed again, but the last time we were there (late Jan) the filet was not on the menu, but the Kona Kone was

Kona does not have filet, but their steak is very good. I am thinking the steak is a NY Strip.

Apparently the filet was taken off the menu awhile back. They still have a steak, but no filet. A number of the 1 credit restaurants lost their filet some time ago.

Don't know about the dessert.

We dined there in November and had a delicious teriyaki strip steak. I'm looking forward to it again in May!

Thanks again all. I had my heart set on a fillet. I don't want to pay OOP for Yachtsman Steakhouse. I am at my limit on TS credits. It's not fair to the fam to use up 2 ts credits to feed my need and we are not going to Epcot on this trip so Le Cellier Steakhouse isn't an option. No one else does Fillet Mignon apparently.

Guess I'll give the Beef Teriyaki a go.

I understand The Wave has a filet on their menu, or they did recently.

no not at Kona, but they have a very good teriyaki steak (strip steak) and also a good prime rib there.

but yes it was on The Wave menu last year (on menu as beef tenderloin, but that's the same cut as filet)

Also had the teriyaki last trip and while it was pretty good, we actually liked the flank steak at Kouzzina much better!
