Hello - wanting to try Kona for breakfast on our MK day. There are no reservations prior to 8:55 for our date. Is it possible to walk up for breakfaast or are ADR absolutely necessary for this place? TIA!

In general, if there are no ADRs, then you will not be able to walk up, either. Your best bet would be to check for ADRs the day before as people cancel unwanted ADRs to avoid the no show charge. Something might open up sooner, so keep looking! Good luck!

I have never been able to walk up to Kona for breakfast or dinner. Get an ADR. You could try the Touring Plans reservation finder.

I also have had to call. Have never seen it available online to make an ADR. Don't know why not.

Always check the week you're there, since people cancel all the time. But I wouldn't count on walking up and getting a table. Sure, it happens at random restaurants from time to time, but it's rare. We've only had it happen for us twice and that was over 5 years ago.
