So I was a little late in making a couple of last minute ADR's for our trip next week. I did get the 2 restaurants that I wanted to try, but I have a few questions.

1. What can you tell me bad or good about Kona and Boma (both for dinner)?

2. What is the latest you have ever sat down to eat at a restaurant? How was the service? For Kona they only had a 9:20pm and for Boma a 9:50pm. I wanted to eat at 8/8:30 either night. I'm not complaining about the times, I'm just curious about others "late night" dining experiences.

We have Kona scheduled for 24th at 9:20 pm as well. I have no idea how it will be. But we will be arriving that day from Calif. and 9:20 will really be 6:20 our time. My DS and DIL are CM's. They ate a late dinner at Kona a couple of weeks ago. They both said it was wonderful. I made ADR's there based on their recommendation. This was the only time available so I grabbed it. We have a table for 9. We got really lucky! :yay:

We had a Boma reservation for 9:10pm last year, and it was fine. They were running behind so we weren't seated till around 9:30, but the restaurant was still busy and all the food was fresh, and being replenished.

Although it's later than my ideal dining time, I would take ressies at that time again if that's all I could get.

I can't comment on the late seating time as we've never eaten that late, but we have eaten at both Kona and Boma and they are both awesome :cool1: :cool1:. We especially love the prime rib and filet at Kona as well as the prime rib at Boma :goodvibes. As for dessert......make sure you try the zebra domes at Boma :thumbsup2. Have a great time :).

Kona is great but honstly could never eat that late, I would of had to look somewhere for an earliler time. But if that works for you that's all that counts you will have a good dinner at Kona.

My only concern would be if the food wasn't refreshed every so often, and that the food would be all dried out or something by the time you ate at Boma. But Disney seems really good about keeping there food fresh.

We loved Kona for dinner but I did not like my sweet and sour shrimp lo mein dish but that was MY fault because I did not realize the menu changed and the dish was not a savory one anymore. Other than that everything else was perfect.

We are not late eaters at home, I get sick to my stomach if I eat too late so I would say 7pm is the latest that I would make a ressie for.
