Kohls shop to win it not working?

Can anyone get on the website to redeem your codes? I keep trying and it keeps telling me the website does not exist.

I was able to do it a few days ago. Saturday, I think. May have been Sunday. I know I went to Kohl's on Saturday and got one of the gamepieces, but don't remember when I tried to play it. I didn't win, of course.
