I got the griddle and the waffle maker and need to mail in the rebate forms.

It says the upc codes AND model numbers from the box must be mailed in.

I can't tell where the model number from the griddle is.....there is one but it is nowhere near the upc code. Do I just cut each out individually and mail them in?

Thanks,

Dawn

Just cut them out separately? They are so far apart and would require me to use a larger envelope if I cut the whole thing.

I am hoping I even have the right numbers/areas.

I would cut both out just to be on the safe side.

I had the same issue with my items. Only one had the number right above the UPC. Another had a number WAY far away from the UPC so I cut it out separately. The other didn't really state that it was anything but it was the only other number around so I cut it out too. I put each in their own envelope so they should be able to figure it out :rolleyes1

I hate the way you have to cut the UPC codes from the boxes.
I understand why they have you do it, but it makes giving the item as a gift somewhat awkward!
OP, I bought the same 2 items!

Hope you get your rebate! I'm still waiting (over a year so I know it's not coming) for my $10 rebate for the lingerie I bought. LOL.

Yes, I would cut them out separately. That way, all your bases are covered and there is no chance of them rejecting your rebate.

I would cut both, and make copies of everthing. I quit doing it. To me a sale is not having to a rebate, because if you don't receive it , means I paid full price.

I bought the popcorn popper and I don't know where to find the rebate form. Anyone still have the link?

Did you call them? What did they say?????

GRRRRR

Nope, I didn't call them. It was a rebate from the manufacturer (I think) but don't recall. I'm also still waiting for them to credit my credit card $20 because of an online order where I never received my Kohl's Cash to use.
