I think they can get goofed up when they are busy at the holiday season. I did several orders on Veteran's Day, haven't received them all, but one package was a dress in the wrong color. I did a live chat to see what my options were and they gave me a number to call to reorder the dress at the same price. I did that and actually got it at a cheaper price. I'll have to return the wrong dress in store sometime. I'm really hoping I get the right one this time. When a dress comes in 3 shades of blue, I bet it's easy to ship the wrong one. The color I want has also been out of stock at times so I am not confident. Not to mention it's called Cobalt, and each time my shipping email just says "Dark Blue".
I would live chat or call and see if you can get the rest of what you ordered, and see what to do about the extra things, for peace of mind.
I hope the rest of my things come as ordered.
