We have a Kodak Playsport video camera that we are having trouble with. I hope some of you can help.

We have video on the SDHC card, but we cannot seem to get in downloaded into the computer in a format that we can burn it onto a DVD. We have downloaded several conversion programs, but everytime we try to open the files to burn the DVD, it says the files do not exist.

We can watch the video on the computer, but have not been able to burn them onto a DVD. If anyone could offer some help it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You,
Ann

Since the files are mpeg4 you shouldn't have to convert the files for most DVD authoring software. Are you PC or Mac and what DVD authoring software are you using?

You have to use a DVD authoring program. Just "Copying" the files to a DVD won't cut it. There is a format and a layout/protocol to DVD's that DVD players recognize and this is what the authoring software creates based on the videos you add.

PlaySport native format is H.264 (MOV).

Can't you just import from window movie maker? Can you import from a SD card into WMM?
