it might be wrong, but on the radio they said there was a report she made false 911 callls in the past, I know that is important in this case but when aquisations are made the character of both people will be looked at

Of course when they have DNA proof that they had sex it is going to come clean and say it did have sex with her and that it was consentual. Didn't he deny it up until now?

I personally don't think he raped her. Like other posters have said, he's young, rich and good looking. There's plenty of willing women out there just waiting for him, I'm sure he didn't have to force himself on her. I think this is all about money. In fact, I saw a Dateline type show where they were showing how they have classes for rising athletes on how to protect themselves against women who will cry rape or get themselves pregnant on purpose. It's really sad what people will do for money. Of course, I don't really know 100% that he didn't rape her, but I doubt it. I also don't think this is the first time he's cheated on his wife either, JMHO.

That doesn't make him guilty of anything, yet.

The physical evidence will have to show that there was some type of improper behavior, and when told to a jury, it will probably become clear, one way or the other.

All that said, the early reports about doctor visits, etc., does not look too promising for Kobe.

But let us refrain from judgement, not be a part of the hype, and let justice prevail.

We don't know anything other than what the DA is allowing us to know, which isn't a whole lot. Yet we have people here passing judgment on both sides. It is especially sad to see some of the posts about the alleged victim. As for two supposedly false 911 calls, what would that have to do with this case? It's funny how we put athletes up on pedestals and then when one could come tumbling down no one is willing to believe it. I'm not saying he sexually assaulted her and I'm not saying he didn't. There is not enough evidence presented to me at this point. But what good is it to say oh she's just doing this for money, she's just crying rape? What if she isn't? Just what if it is true? It's sad that we look at the alleged victim right away and want to find flaws and yet we look at the alleged assaulter and figure just someone is out to get him, rather than hey you never know it could happen. We have been presented with such an image of Kobe that yes it might be hard to imagine. We know nothing about this woman, not even her name, how can anyone say anything about her?

At the very least he is guilty of cheating on his wife, but even like he said, that is between him, her and his God.

It baffles me that these women(Kobe's wife,Hillary Clinton,etc) stand by these men and support them. If they got caught once.......how many times have they got away with it?? Kobe should be kicked to the curb, his wife just had a baby in January.
Hillary is another topic.
