OP - I was just curious as to whether or not you've ordered/received your camera yet? Also, where did you buy it and did you get the extra coverage??

HI. Nope haven't gotten my camera yet. I was going to order from Ritz but they don't have the 2 lense kit, yet. Amazon still says May 25th when the sony site is April. It looks the the 300 is available with the one lense but the 2 lense won't be until a couple weeks later, which I think is weird. I had thought about getting the sigma version of the second lense but the price difference is only $50. So thats why I was looking at the 2 lense kit. Haven't decided on that extended plan either. I don't often go to theme parks, it's mostly "normal" life pics, LOL. My kids playing sports, school activities, vacations. I did get the ESP for my film slr 13 years ago and thankfully never needed it. But then again I didn't buy it, it was a gift when I finished grad school! I've been obsessing all weekend, checking different sites and so on. Sorry I'm not much help, LOL! I'll be sure to post once I do finally make up my mind and order!
