Southern California Knotts/Universal Studios Souvenir Cup

Does anyone know if they have a refillable souvenir cup at knotts or US? I think I remember them having one at US but its been a few years since I've been there & I know they got rid of the all you can eat pass so I'm not sure if they still have it. Also how much is it & where do you get it from in the parks?
