On with the food.

Last time we ate at the Coral Reef, I had the Crab Claw something and DH had the Lobster soup, we actually switched b/c I did not like the Crab claw stuff.

So this time
I had the Lobster soup: I was good, just not as good as I remember. Maybe because I did not trade for it

DH had the crab claw something: He liked them alot even this time around

I had the Mahi Mahi: I really do not like strong fishy tastes, well this was perfect

DH had the Ahi Tuna: he loved it!!

KnJ I need to know which you liked better the Citron slush or the Grand Marnier slush??? I'll probably get both but maybe not on the same day. I've heard they're really strong. Of course I wouldn't have it any other way! Great reviews all around - thanks!

Desserts:

I had the Baileys and Jack Daniel's Mousse: WOW!!!!! This has been added to the menu since we were last here, and it is a fabulous addition!!!!!!! So Yummy!!

DH had the chocolate wave: It also exceed expectations, he loved it, but I might have loved it more than him.

return: Definately!!

recommend: Go for it!!

Honestly, if you have the opportunity try both of them, they are worth it.

I am missing a lot at EPCOT. I had no idea there were so many interestingdrinks available -where have I been? Oh, dragging around the boys and my parents - which actually means I really need to be trying one of those to help me get through the day!!!!

I am very glad everyone seems to be excited by the slushies!!!! I cannot believe I missed them over all of our trips. I guess better late than never. The price on them is about $7.00

the bakery in Norway. We never realized that they had sandwiches, I was always blinded by the viking coffee

This place is a very good value for counter service on the dining plan. We got a salad, sandwich, and a dessert. It was also one of our lighter meals.


I had the turkey sandwich: Nothing special, but differnet, I liked having a lighter lunch, which gives it the extra figment.

I also had the no sugar added mousse: yucky, but I love desserts loaded with sugar, I rarely get items that are no sugar added, so it might be good to those who usually get them.

Oh the salad: just ok,

DH had the ham sandwich: same comments as the other sandwich

School Bread: Oh, where has this been all my life?? It is wonderful!!! I don't like the idea of coconut, but this is fabulous!!!!

return: Definately, great lighter lunch, and the school bread is wonderful. Even though I did not have one this trip due to the heat, I will definately return to get a viking coffee

recommend: Yes, a great lighter lunch, and if it a little chilly, go for the viking coffee, it will warm you up!

That sandwich looks good, and I'd really like to try that schoolbread. Maybe you can clarify something for me -- I read on another review that instead of mayo they used butter on the sandwich, I just can't see this working. Is it butter or mayo? It looks good, but I just know picky DH would not go for it.

I believe it is butter. I cannot stand mayo and was a little terrified at first, but DH promised it was not mayo. Your DH should be ok to eat there.

Loving your REVIEWS! I'm really hungry right now too. THANKS! I'm going to ask a strange question maybe. Did the Cape May breakfast serve pancakes? Our DS9 is a pancake fan, not waffles or french toast. We're going back to WDW next February and I'm wanting to make an ADR for a character breakfast and am thinking about that one. We ate there years ago, probably 8 years in fact, and I can't remember exactly what they served so since you were just there I'll ask you any pancakes? We're from Indiana too. Two hours north though and we have a son at Ball State, which is not too far from Indy. We love Indy, its a great place to go, shop, and eat!!!!! Go Colts and Bears. haha And the CUBBIES too. Wonderful pics, the pics on the bread for the sanfdwhiches looks like it was very fresh and soft. The schoolbread...man that just looks like sooooo much coconut on ever pic I seen, is it in the inside as well???

I don't recall pancakes, and I am not a breakfast fan, so I would have had some. However there is more than just Froot Loops for cereal, they also had Frosted Flakes and Cheerios. I know you did not ask about them, but gives somewhat of a larger variety

Where is Lowell? I could pull up a map, but that would be too easy. I was raised in Anderson so I know all about Ball State

No coconut on the inside, just some cream like filling, that I could not get enough of. Actually, I could not even taste coconut flavor, maybe I was just mesmerized by the wonderfulness of the inside.
