has anyone done this? do boys like this or do they feel like it is for girls?

We did it with my son...would have been 7 years ago. He was never a big "this is for girls or boys" kid, and he liked it perfectly fine. Except that his hair was too long, and the spiky hairstyle looked really goofy on him. He loved the sword and shield. I think that even now getting the Knight's package is actually cheaper than buying the sword and shield separately.

Oh I didn't know they had a knights package. My son would love it. Especially if they still put colors in the hair.
