About an hour ago, I noticed my cat was missing. Me and DD looked all over the house, and he was nowhere. So then I drove around looking for him and DD walked the neighborhood. Still no kitty.
About the time I was ready to cry my eyes out, I took one final look around the bushes with a can of Pounce. And what did I hear? A little kitty cry. My poor Chester was stuck in the middle of a bush. I couldn't even see him in there. It took some doing, but I managed to get him out. He looked like a mess. He was so scared. He's a house cat and never goes outside. He must have snuck out the door when I went out earlier.
A scary story ends happily. I'm relieved.
