I forget, haven't been since March 2009, what's in the kitchenette and what should I bring? I promise to write it down this time, and thanks for any info offered.
Not much. Toaster, coffee pot, undercounter refrigerator. A couple of real coffee mugs, a couple of real glasses, plastic forks, knives and spoons, paper plates and bowls.

Thanks, I remember taking 'real' knives and forks on a previous trip because our checked luggage was opened by the TSA Gestapo, but I didn't remember if we needed to. Apparently if we want to cut actual meat and the like we'll have to.
There is a can openner and cork screw. There are no sharp knives. I always pack a small paring knife and small cutting board. It's not fun trying to cut a lime with a plastic knife. Obviously you need to pack them in your checked luggage.
