Kitchen Tool/Gadget Exchange Sent/Received

Sometimes I think finding the extras is fun. Seeing the things that other people included though gets me thinking about things I could have sent, or want to find for myself.

I definitely spent more than $5, but I get a discount on the Pampered Chef stuff, so I didn't break that bank. And this was the perfect exchange for me since I am a consultant and have some great gadgets and it gave a chance to share stuff that I love with someone else.

No need for anyone to feel bad....extras aren't needed.
Everyone is doing as they should....and sending great stuff!!
And I bet you all spent more that $5.00 ;) ::yes::

Thanks! True too. I sent something I thought was really cool.

I know how you feel. I didn't include any extras and feel bad too.

Don't feel bad about the exchange you sent to me :teeth: I love the strainer - it is so cool!!! We are going camping in August - this will come in very handy.

Same here. My mind stays too closely to the title and forget to remove my blinders!!! Funny how you think you did great with your stuff and then when yours arrives you are kind of embarrassed. :guilty:

Why are you embarrassed? I loved everything I received, and they have all been put to use. That scrubber is awesome!

I guess it did not seem like much compared to what I received. I am glad you loved everything. That makes me feel much better. :goodvibes

:happytv: I was just watching the cooking channel...getting so excited about my package to be!! :) :goodvibes

I didn't tell my hubby that I sent you some of the rub. He may have tried to steal it out of the box before I sent it. Those rubs are awesome. We use them all the time - on chicken and steak.

I am making a potroast for dinner tomorrow night, and I am planning on using the rub to season the meat. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!

My second package was from Susie (escape). I received
A heart of gold cake set
Flexible cutting mats
Silicon grabber
Starbursts (DH stole them)
Mushroom express (I love mushrooms)
Chips Ahoy cookies
A grater made in her home town!!!
Post it pad
Package of clips

Glad you liked the items!

Geez, you guys are getting some kind of rain in your state! Luckily, it never really rained on our activities...mainly just sprinkles. We toured Amish country (Lancaster/Hershey area) and spent some time with our friends in Pittsburgh. It rained quite a bit in Pittsburgh this am but most of the time it was just cloudy or light sprinkles during our trip. I didn't get to visit Philadelphia this trip but I will definitely do that next time. Maybe I'll get to see some sun in Pennsylvania next trip. :teeth:

I still haven't heard that my package was recieved. it should have arrived thursday. Hopefully the recipient is out of town or something. I would be very dissapointed if it got lost somewhere. I sent it to ESCAPE so hopefully they got it and just haven't had time to post.
Hi Rachel!

I just got home tonight and I had a package waiting for me on my kitchen table. :cool1:

I received a beverage warmer (I've always wanted one of those!),
a set of fruit scoops (I can't wait to use them - we eat a lot of melons this time of year) and last but not least, a tigger pen that lights up! I'm having fun playing with it right now. :teeth:

Thanks Rachel! I love it all!
