My 4 year old had some very sweet encounters with the princesses during our trip. On day 2 we met up with Snow White, who was super nice to her, and right before she left she gave a big smooch to her right on her forehead. When my daughter turned around, she had the biggest pair of red lips smack dab in the middle of her forehead! We laughed and took some pictures, it was adorable and my daughter absolutely loved it. The next day she got kisses from Cinderella and Belle, and they also left big lipstick smooches on her. One on each cheek. So, so sweet. THe only drawback was getting the lipstick off. Snow's red lips in particular. They used some industrial strength lipstick back in her kingdom, and she must have just put in on! It wasn't going anywhere. A tissue just smeared it around, and we ended up having to scrub it with soap and water. We left the next days kisses right there until we got back to the resort, we didn't want her to have bright red cheeks in all the pictures!
Enjoy the magical kisses, but pack some wet-wipes!! lol.

No doubt! Mary Poppins gave our infant son a kiss right on the middle of his forehead at 1900 Park Faire - it took my wife a lot of time to remove the lipstick. I thought it was an adorable pic, however.

Aurora got him later, but it wasn't as hard to remove.

My son received a kiss on his cheek and he wanted to keep it! :goodvibes
We used a small blank piece of paper and laid it on his cheek, then we lightly rubbed our fingers on the piece of paper and carefully removed the paper. The lipstick transferred to the paper and we have the "kiss" in our scrapbook from that trip! It worked great! :goodvibes

Awwww.. This made me tear up. What a wonderful memory!

Since Snow White is my favorite princess, where might I find this "kissy" Snow White? My DF thinks I have a crush on Snow White when in fact I am madly in love with her. A pair of giant red Snow White lips on my face might cause the first ever Princess vs DF battle royal....

The last time we had breakfast at Akershus, Snow White approached a boy at the table next to us, around 6 or 7 years old, and planted a huge kiss on his cheek, leaving big red lips. The little guy got so embarassed and then ANGRY! His mom could not wipe the kiss off with a napkin and the situation was becoming frantic. I had prepackaged wet wipes in my backpack, which I handed over, and thankfully that did remove the lipstick.

My own son, meanwhile, stared at the whole situation and said, "I am soooo glad she didn't kiss ME!"

Akershus is not on our intinerary this time...;)But after reading this thread, I am thinking I will need to keep wet wipes in my pack and steer him clear of the princesses, just in case!
