Kissimmee Train Station/Greyhound Bus station--Damaged from Hurricanes!

Just called a Transportation friend of mine, and he said the train tracks were damaged from the storm as is the Greyhound Bus station. Might not be operational for awhile. Greyhound is going to Orlando ONLY, not Kissimmee.

You might try calling Greyhound directly and asking for information. I'm not sure how many people actually travel to WDW via Greyhound. Sorry

I'm scheduled to leave Friday on Amtrak (NYC to Kissimmee). I received a call from them, and I need to get off the train in Orlando, then take a bus to Kissimmee.

I called Amtrak yesterday, Oct. 11, and she said that the Station was open, and they had stops there.? Hmm...I am leaving Nov. 10 so I hope its open by than.

Poohbear--Amtrak called yesterday to say the tracks are back in action! No bus needed from Orlando! WooHoo!

Just as an FYI, the Orlando bus station is in a pretty nasty area. If you can avoid it, please do, especially at night.
