Kissimmee to Orlando Int'l Airport

I'm going to be going down to Orlando with family, driving down. But I need to come back early, we'll be staying at a rented house off Poincana South of 192. Is there any other way to get to Orlando Int'l other than Mears (they seem to be rude and incompitent over the phone). If I need to get a ride to WDW I probably could? Its just me and I'm a 26 year old with not too much money.
