Do they do this every night on the Wish? If so - what time should we get there to see it? Thanks!

I can't confirm it was every night as I only made it once but we got there about 11:55pm and there was plenty of space to lay down in the atrium.

Yes, they do it every night. They also do it at 10 and 11pm, so you won't have to stay up late. However, the midnight showing will be your best bet to lay down in the middle of the atrium.
