King Kong allowing FOTL pass?

Does anyone know if King Kong will allow FOTL passes? I'm guessing not since it is new. What about Hulk?

It is not using Express Pass during technical rehearsals. Given the apparent capacity of the ride, I expect Express to start shortly after the ride officially opens.For a bit a history, the HP attractions don't use Express but Transformers opened with Express Pass. HRRR was supposed to open with express but problems with the moving load platform delayed that. With the high praise the queue has been receiving, it will be interesting to see how much will be skipped by the express/single rider lines.
