king beds?

do any of the moderate resorts (we're looking at POFQ & CBR specifically) have king beds? are they more expensive than the double beds? thanks!

Yes. The moderates do have king beds, in addition to the standard rooms with 2 doubles. They're $15 extra per night. So if rack rate in value season for a standard room is $134, the king bed room would be $149.

You can book a standard room and request a king bed, but they won't guarantee it. If you absolutely want a king bed, I'd recommend paying extra.

And since there are not very many king beds, I definately would not count on getting a king bed by request as all or almost all will be going to people who paid the extra money.

thanks for the replies!!! we are not dead set on having a king, but it would be nice. we'll probably request one and hope it happens rather than pay an extra $75 - no big deal if we don't get it. thanks!!
