King bed request at WL

When we originally booked our trip we put in a request for a king bed at Wilderness Lodge (This trip will be just DH and I for my b-day - no kids )

Our trip is now three weeks away and I was wondering, should I call WL directly to request the king, if so when, or do we just wait until we check in (we will be arriving on a Thursday around noon, if that helps.)

I'd suggest asking early. There aren't that many rooms with king beds. BTW, if you booked a standard you do not have the option of a king bed. The other views do.

The resorts won't take those requests directly, you'll have to make sure it's noted on your reservation through CRO. As PP mentioned, there are very few king beds, so please don't get your hopes up.

I would check that the request was still in the reservation. Then just ask again when you check in.
