King Arthur Flour Favorites???

Tell me your favorite items to buy from King Arthur flour! I was planning on buying my mom a 25 lb bag of flour for Christmas . She will love it. She oftens says, "Remember when we could buy 25 lb bags of flour ..." I was looking through the catalog and there are so many things that look great that I can't decide!!! We bake a lot (especially at Christmas, but the whole year through)! I'm particularly interested in the flavorings, spices, special additives. Not so much the gadgets. But if there is a great gadget that they have, let me know!

Are you looking for things to go with the flour as a gift? How about a cookbook. I saw King Arthur flour cookbook at Border's bookstore this week.

That's a good idea. I will see if I have a Borders coupon.

I'm interest in finding out which of the things in the catalog are worth buying. For example, here are some things that interest me that we would use, but I am not sure if it is worth it?

Cake enhancer
fiori di sicilia (citrus and vanilla flavoring)
cranberry orange scone mix
almond sweet bread mix
pizza blend flour
anise oil

etc.
