Kind words about your guide, especially Byron

Just wanted a special thread to say thank you to Byron. After such a poor treatment by another guide I was so happy to be treated so professionally and kindly. I also got to talk to Doug who was also a very kind person who was very sorry to hear what had happed to me. Both he and Byron made my night!

Linda Smit is a wonderful guide!!! Friendly, helpful, responsive, honest... I could go on and on! She has been more than a guide to us, we now consider her a friend! See you in October, Linda!!!

We had some problems withour membership and our guide, Julie, has been amazing. She ahs really gone "above and beyond" to try and get us going in DVC. She was no pressure and just gave the facts. She really has been helpful in finding alternatives when we thought we weren't going to be able to get in due to downpayment issues. A great big thumbs up for Julie!!

Our guide is wonderful. He is Jim McCoy.

Always returns phone calls promptly, always pulls through in a hurry and even sent us a card when I mentioned we were going through a rough patch at the time with another family member.

Yup! I waited to see who was referred the most. I'm glad I went with Byron. He was so sincere and helpful. There was 45 BC points in the system, but he wasn't sure if anybody else had put in for them. He put in my paperwork for them, so we'll see. If not, he's got my cc# and will keep checking

I can not remember her name but she was nice enough, keep in mind these so called guides are salesmen, nothing more. They have cute names for things down at WDW like guests instead of customers, etc. All a guide is there for is to sell you points, and get you to give him more customers to buy. They are not there to hold your hand with anything else.

Byron was my guide when I purchased 300-points at Beach Club Villas in March 2002.

Byron is a real pro and he made the whole experience very enjoyable. I think DVC is a success because of people like Byron.

This is a big thank you for patti Douglas!! She is a wonderful guide!! Eventhough I did not tour the property with her, she is wonderful!! I transfered to her through a bad experience with another guide.

Byron has always been great. Never any pressure and always returns calls. He handled our original contract and 3 add on's and was a great gentleman.
