kind of odd question

We are in the process of remodelling a bathroom, and my dd wants an African theme. She mentioned animal tiles like those at Kidani. Anyone ever see anything like that anywhere (or found a place at Disney that sells them, lol)? Just need enough to do one row around a tub enclosure.

Ok, I just looked at the photos at allears.net. Looks like the bathrooms have different types of tiles. The studios we stayed in had tiles with animals painted on them, in solid brown colors.

I'm thinking major bucks but it would be fantastic to have that Disney magic at home.

Why don't you just get plain neutral tiles and pay someone to paint animals on them? We have a local woman who paints murals in homes/businesses. She is kind of expensive, but I would think would be a less expensive way to get the look without having to special order something. I don't know if you have anyone in your area who does this type of thing. Just an idea.

You should have access to good specialty tile stores around there (we have a good one here in tiny Asheville). Check the ol' yellow pages. And Google animal tiles to see about special orders online. Doubt that you can get the identical ones (Disney seems to do most things "proprietary" with their own designs), but you should be able to get close to the look. Even one row may seem expensive, but a small percentage of a bath remodel budget, that will add a lot to your enjoyment of the room.
