At an airshow my DH spends a lot of time at each year there are some big stars walking around without fanfare and mostly unnoticed at least not bothered picture Harrison Ford in cargo shorts and T-shirt (who he has seen).
That's kind of what I was thinking. Unless this guy is Micheal Jordan, they probably could just "do Disney like the normal folks"! Did you tell her how much your kids and you love doing all of those special things? I really think I would encourage her just to "be normal" for a day and see what they think. It would be really interesting to know what she thought of the experience! In my experience with the wives of sports players I have know (Kansas City area) it is them and not their husbands that really expect the celebrity treatment.
