. The tennis ball thing is great too...a lot of time the glutes get tight from running and those muscles, along with the hamstrings, end up pulling the hips out of alignment. The tennis ball maneuver helps release the muscle and work out any knots that develop. It's not exactly fun....ok...it hurts a little...but it's good for ya! Make sure you add some good hamstring stretches (typical runner stretches) to this set as well. Good luck and I hope that these help a bit!!! Have a great weekend

(I love to have fun, if you couldn't tell) Thank you so much for posting and please stop by as often as you'd like. I really appreciate your support and uplifting comments. There are some days when I feel like I've accomplished nothing, and you both helped me remember how far I've come.
I'm gonna try them out tonight, since my hip seems to be pretty mad at me today.
Gonna go pick them up tomorrow morning.

:Hey guys. It's late & I should be in bed...but before I go...
My dear c25k buddy Corinna and I are starting up a pants challenge (hence the clippie). What that means is, we're tired of our pants being tight. So we're gonna get (and stay) on track so that our pants will fit better. My goal is for my pants/shorts to fit better by the time I go away (4.5 weeks). Totally do-able.![]()
Anyone else in???
Have a wonderful weekend guys!

Good luck on the "pants challenge". Sounds like a fun and motivating way to stay on track!!!
? Just checking in on ya' girl! I hope you had a great weekend with all the birthday celebrations!!!
I hope to download some pics tonight.
. Maybe you'll need to see an ortho! Hip issues can become chronic...not to scare you...but I'd hate to see you go down the same path I went down last year. Not fun! Anyway....try to do those stretches twice a day if you can! Let me know what you think
.

I'm a Disney dork too (or so my family tell me!)
