Forgot to add Hershey Lodge sounds awesome! What fun you will all have! Makes me want chocolate just thinking about it.

Kim,
We will definitely keep her and your whole family in our thoughts and prayers.
We're here for you WISH sis.

...hang in there!ScoJo15 said:um....what is that 3 doing beside May walked/ran? Earnhardt tribute or something??? We are 4 days in...that number should be 30 by now!!
Seriously, good luck this month with the running. I KNOW you can put up some good numbers...get out there and get busy!
One of my problems is me not getting to bed at night at a decent time. It's usually midnight before I get to bed (because of my tv addiction) and then there's just no getting me out of bed to run at 5:45 before work.
I plan on modifying that sleep schedule beginning on Sunday night. Secondly, time is just not on my side. With all the gmom crap (can I be any more insensitive?) and both kids being in sports, I'm having an even harder time finding any time at all to run (besides before work). So my only option is to get to bed earlier and get up early. NO MORE EXCUSES!!!
(just knowing Scott could pop in is enough to get me going)
Sorry to hear about your grandmother. Hope the radiation helps and she recovers well!
I have a great uncle who had cancer in some part of his throat back when I was in high school and he has been cancer free for a Long time and doing pretty well. Hang in there.
(I fight the TV addiction too and lose most of the time
)
Ran more than I walked, and completed 4 miles in 52 minutes. Then the kids wanted to run with me, so we did another 1/2 mile up & down our street (SO much fun).
). It was another hard visit with her...but I told her to follow her heart and to make decisions based on herself...not on anyone else. THEN....I got to see Skyelar!!
She is absolutely beautiful. (I'm not sure if I mentioned this already, but she was moved to the hospital right around the corner from my house last week, since all she needs to do is bulk up at this point). She's almost 4 and 1/2 pounds and taking all of her feedings from the bottle (no more feeding tube). I'm just so happy for Janine and her husband.
OH, and her 2 year old DS got to see Skeylar for the first time today (through a window).
It sounds like you had a really good conversation with your Gma though and what wonderful news that Skeylar is back close to home now and eating on her own. That is such a big step for preemie's . Janine and family will have her home before you know it now.
It is hard to make time to run (I'm not doing it all right now
), but that feeling when you actually get out there is so great and it seems to make dealing with all the other stuff going on a bit easier. Hang in there and have a good week - walking and running away your stress!Details:

Nice to see you out there grinding out some runs again....I know how difficult it can be with an incredibly busy schedule. Once you make it the priority though, it's amazing how much you can accomplish.
