ALABAMA slammers for everyone!!
I'm thinking about ditching Nancy once and for all. Yes, I guess my every 8 weeks weigh-in helps keep me on track somewhat...but I don't know. I feel like I get back on strict, strict diet-like-crazy plan for the 3-4 weeks before I weigh in, and then I completely lose control after my weigh in for those few weeks. I don't know what to do. I feel like I'm such a hypocrite sometimes. Winter really is the hardest time for me. Spring/summer/fall I know that I will be out there running and then I find my balance with eating and all is good. It's the winter when I fall off the running wagon that I honestly need the weigh-in's. Any thoughts out there??
One last note for tonight....
Sunday is my DD Emilie's 8th birthday. Holy cow, did that time fly by!! She's my oldest and I honestly don't remember life before her. She drives me crazy, but also melts my heart.

I'll post a pic of her after her parties. Oh yes, she's having multiple. DH's and my families are big, so we split them up to 2 nights. His is Sunday, mine is Monday. Then her friend/rollerskating party is the following Saturday (St. Patty's Day). So she's got a week full of fun.
