Just a quick update - g-mom has been admitted to the hospital. My mom is going to see her tonight, so hopefully we'll know more after that.

I wish I could go, but I have DD's parent/teacher conference tonight and an appointment with a financial advisor. This time of year is just NUTS.

Hey ladies! Thanks for checking on me! Things were crazy busy this weekend. My mom went to see g-mom yesterday and said that she wasn't doing well. Not sure exactly what that means, since I was afraid to ask for details (is that wrong of me? ).

I actually ran today, first time in a while. Did a walk/run combo and was out for 35 minutes. It felt awesome when I came home. I did 15 minutes of abs/arms after that. Of course my food today negated ALL of that exercise! I really need to get a grasp on that.

Speaking of getting a grasp...I weigh in with Nancy this Thursday. It's not gonna be pretty. But in a sick/twisted sort of way I'm proud of myself. I'm proud because I was planning on cancelling the appointment and rescheduling for January when I know for a fact I'll be back on track. BUT - I didn't. I've decided to embrace my gain and move forward. This month isn't gonna be pretty, with my birthday, all of the parties we have and Christmas. So I'm just gonna do the best I can...and try to run as much as possible. Then right after Christmas - it's ON!!

Thanks for sticking by me guys. It's been a crazy year for me!!

I actually ran again today at lunch. It's amazing what a weigh-in with the nutritionist will get me to do! We ran for 23 minutes straight and felt good the whole way (my breathing was another story ). But I did it and I'm glad I did!

My mom is going to see g-mom tonight, so I'll hopefully have an update for you guys.
