Hi there, well I have started journals before and never finished what I started so I am hoping today is a new day.

I started out my quest to do a 1/2 marathon.....done many....
Started a quest to do the Goofy Marathon....did it 2010.

I have never achieved my goal of losing weight and keeping it off so I have decided that since despite having PF and a bone spur I completed the Goofy Marathon I can do anything.

I have given myself time since coming back in January to get a plan in placed and I am ready. I have started today.

I used the biggest loser wii to weight in and I am at 197!!!!!

I would really like to go back to Disney and do the marathon but since money is tight I am using it as a reward...all the money I would normally use to eat my lunch at a local restaurant I am putting it aside and it can pay for my trip.

Also, I have 2 other fitness goals,

1) Sub 3 (1/2) marathon
2) Complete the marathon in 6.5 hours.

I am still doing OK, exercise has been consistant however food has not as of this morning I was 205:confused: Not sure how that happened but this is my highest weight ever.

I have a 30 min walk on tap for today, Sunday is a sort of rest day.

Planned workout for tomorrow.

40 Biggest Loser Work out tape
5 min core Hip Hop Abs
30 mins TM.

I have been working on cutting back on my sugar intake, so this week I take it to the next level. Still not completely cutting out pop but no pepsi.

Welcome to the WISH forum! I'm doing something similar, but for me it's fit before 50.

It's amazing how much difference it can make to cut back on the sugar. I do that as part of my plan and it does seem to help the lbs. come off quicker. Keep that up along with the exercise and that scale should start coming down.
