Kimono's with teenagers

We are staying at the Yacht Club for a few nights in January. With the parks closing most nights fairly early, I am trying to find things to do afterwards. I saw Kimonos is open until 12:00am and has karaoke. Is this teenage friendly (14 and 17) later at night if we wanted to stop by, maybe order a couple of rolls and just relax for a bit? Thanks!

It's been a while since I was there. One time there were two young girls with their parents. Like 5-7 young.

I think they may have just arrived, the parents spoke fluent Japanese and the girls were falling asleep in their dinner. Very cute

This was probably around 7 or 8. Not sure if there is as cut off or not

Kids are allowed to sing until 11. So yes they are allowed in the place. All I know is that they are allowed to sing until 11, I don't know if they have to leave at 11.
