Unfortunately I have no idea. I haven't been to Kimonos before. But, if you can, call ahead and ask if they have GF Tamari. If they don't, you might want to bring your own with you and ask for no soy sauce. Normally sushi is GF, though I kind of stay away from the wasabi, too... it's hard to tell what it's thickened with. I have had good luck calling the Swalphin before and talking to the chefs on the phone ahead of time- you might want to do that as well, just to be safe.
