Kimonos available for purchase at Epcot JP showcase?

I've been reading and doing some research about the Japan showcase having Kimono's for guest to try on.

Anyone know if the Kimonos are still available for purchase? My signifcant other really want to buy one...or two. Last entry of people mentioning they can buy 1 is back in early 2013.

Yes, there is a room near the back of the store that is filled with kimonos and other garments! Have fun shopping!

Yep they've still got 'em, and in about every color and pattern you can imagine. I had a lot of fun looking at all the designs they had and picking the one I liked best!

They do have a limited selection of true kimono for sale. But the majority of the items are actually yukata- the lighter, unlined, cotton or polyester robes worn in summer or for casual wear in the home. I've bought a cotton yukata about once every couple of years for the last 20 years or so. It is my summer robe at home. Very comfortable. True kimono are extremely expensive. A yukata can be bought for $100 or less.

I thought it was a FULL on kimono...but still good and awesome!

Thank you for the info. I am really looking forward to it. This along with the Pearls...Im afraid I will have to spend a pretty penny for my mrs.
