Does Kilimanjaro Safaris operate when it's raining (without thunder/lightning, of course)? Thank you!!

Yes it does nad it is one of the best times to go !!!! ALl the animals love to cool off in the rain and if you are lucky you will see all the elephants playing and squirting each other with their trunks!!!
